You know, it took many years for me to learn this. I've realized though, that managing stress is an art and practicing mindfulness at work or while running a business can be a game-changer.
When the demands of the day start feeling overwhelming, take a moment to pause.
Ground yourself by feeling the pressure of your feet on the floor and the support of your chair against your back. Engage in a brief moment- focusing on deep, cleansing breaths by breathing deep in with you nose and slowly releasing that breath through your mouth before diving into your tasks.
You'll be AMAZED by just how helpful just breathing can be. 😘
